Objectives: progress, flexibility and adaptability
The practice of Aikido <b is adapted to each person who practices it, it is not necessary to have an athletic physical state, be young or have physical strength.
The objective of the classes is to generate confidence in oneself and to surpass each other little by little, class to class, achieving the goals that one sets for oneself.

The practice of Aikido provides different benefits at different levels: social and individual, on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

Who I am
I am Gonzalo Cabré and I have been in the world of Aikido for more than 20 years. I have practiced this martial art uninterruptedly and attended high level classes and seminars in Argentina, Spain, Europe and Japan, training with a great variety of recognized teachers.
This martial art offers a variety of benefits and I am particularly interested in being able to teach because I believe that these benefits should be disseminated so that as many people as possible can take advantage of them.
